Prohibited Conduct

5Account Suspension & Termination of Service

- Recommending or facilitating fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
- Registering multiple accounts or sharing an account with another party.
- Using the platform for purposes that violate Malaysian law.
In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, any outstanding promotional credits and bonuses that have not met their rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited. Valid cash deposit balances will be processed for return in accordance with the platform's internal procedures, subject to the necessary investigation and verification.
Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact the mpo2121 support team via email to submit an appeal. The platform's decision following an investigation is final.
6Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
